Online products are also (simultaneously?!) available at our physical location in Ardrossan, AB.


We fulfill our online orders from the store. While you are “adding to cart” there is a chance someone is “adding to bag” at the store. Because of this we require one business day to confirm the availably of your purchase.


We strive to ensure our online inventory is updated at all times however, we cannot guarantee availability of products. If an item becomes unavailable you will be notified via email with your options or you will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders $150 and more within Canada.


Flat rate shipping of $10 within Alberta for all  orders under $150.


Online orders will be fulfilled within two business days of receiving your order. We will contact you via email, intheknow@unboutiqued.com, with information regarding your order or shipment.

Return Policy

Exchanges

You can email us at intheknow@unboutiqued.com, call us at 780-922-2281 or stop in and see us at the store! We cannot guarantee that the item you are looking for will be available. Exchanges can be made for another item.

Return Process for Online Purchases

You can return online purchases in store or mailing the return directly to us.

To Return Items by Mail                                   

Email intheknow@unboutiqued.com with:


-Order number

-Names of the item and SKU to be returned


We will then email you an RA (Return Authorization) number.


Please write the RA number of the outside of the package.

The return parcel must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order based on the postal tracking information. We do not need to receive the returns within the 14 days return window.


The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the client and there are no refunds on shipping. UnBoutiqued is not responsible for lost packages for the process of returning. Original shipping charges on orders will not be refunded.



To Return Items In Store

Bring your return to our store along with the paperwork received in your shipment within 14 days of receiving the order based on the postal tracking information.


We will inspect and process your return. Items must be never  worn, free of scent and/or animal hair, in the same condition as purchased with all tags on.


You will be provided with paperwork that outlines your return, refund and/or store credit. Original form of payment is required.


Original shipping charges on orders will not be refunded.

Return Process for In Store Purchases 

For purchases made in store, you have 14 days if you have a change of heart.


We will inspect and process your return. Items must be never  worn, free of scent and/or animal hair, in the same condition as purchased with all tags on.


You will receive a full refund on regular priced items, exchange or store credit for sale merchandise. Items that are more than 40% OFF the regular price are FINAL SALE. Jewelry, bodysuits, purses, hair accessories, bamboo by C'est Moi are FINAL SALE.
