Welcome to UnBoutiqued. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made online or in-store at UnBoutiqued Ltd., located in Ardrossan, Alberta, Canada. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

UnBoutiqued reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not for any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

2. Product Availability

Our online inventory is shared with our physical retail location in Ardrossan, Alberta. While you are adding items to your cart online, they may be simultaneously purchased in-store.

Because of this:

• We require one (1) business day to confirm product availability
• We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of order fulfillment
• If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified via email with available options, or a refund will be issued

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Applicable taxes (GST) are applied at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice

In the event of a pricing error, UnBoutiqued reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order

4. Orders & Payment

UnBoutiqued reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

5. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150
• Flat rate $10 shipping within Alberta on orders under $150

Orders are fulfilled within two (2) business days after availability has been confirmed.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. UnBoutiqued is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges

General Return Conditions

All returned items must:

• Be unworn
• Be free of scent and/or animal hair
• Be in original condition with all tags attached
• Include the original packing slip

Items returned in unacceptable condition may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Online Purchases – Shipped Orders

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking)
• Items must be postmarked by the 14th day
• Refunds apply to regular-priced items only
• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Items discounted more than 40% are FINAL SALE

Final Sale Items Include:

• Jewelry
• Bodysuits
• Purses
• Hair accessories
• Bamboo by C’est Moi

Additional terms:

• Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to returning items
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• UnBoutiqued is not responsible for lost return packages

Online Purchases – In-Store Pickup

• Returns must be made within 20 days of the order date, regardless of pickup date
• Refunds apply to regular-priced items only
• Sale items: exchange or store credit only
• Items discounted more than 40% are FINAL SALE
• Final sale categories apply (see above)

In-Store Purchases

• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds apply to regular-priced items only
• Sale items: exchange or store credit only
• Items discounted more than 40% are FINAL SALE
• Final sale categories apply

Gifted items:

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only
• Must follow agreed return timeframe at time of purchase
• Final sale items remain final sale

7. Return Process for Online Orders

Return by Mail

To initiate a return, email: intheknow@unboutiqued.com with:

1. Order number
2. Item name(s) and SKU(s)

You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
• The parcel must be postmarked within 14 days of original delivery

Return In-Store

• Bring your item(s) and original paperwork
• Items will be inspected before processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (if applicable)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Promotions

Promotions, discounts, and store credit offers:

• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
• May be modified or withdrawn at any time
• May be subject to additional terms

9. Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable
• They cannot be redeemed for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of UnBoutiqued

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, branding, text, and design—is the property of UnBoutiqued and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

UnBoutiqued is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Website interruptions or errors
• Misuse of products

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
